The following terms and conditions relate to bookings made with Ancient Egypt For Children
A company that provides workshops for primary schools to teach the Ancient Culture of Egypt.
ENHANCED DBS
Phillip Harris as As Ancient Egypt For Children has both a business and personal DBS Certification To full Enhancement
BOOKINGS
AEFC will either by email and telephone provide a service of booking the requested date from any client.
Once confirmed by completion of the booking information form, this workshop will be invoiced at the agreed price.
All bookings are considered valid and payable for in full on the day of the workshop.
Cancellations will be subject to a surcharge (see payments section below).
PAYMENTS
Payments are to be made to Phillip Harris as a sole trader under self-assessment to HMRC. Details of the self-employment forms IR35 are sent with invoice.
Payment information is provided to the client by invoice to a specific person charged with the payment of such invoices.
Payment options are as follows; 1 In Advance, 2 By Cheque, 3 by Direct Bank Transfer, 4 by BACS if supported by remittance notice on the day.
Clients on receipt of Invoice should notify AEFC of there payment choice prior to the workshop date.
All Payments will be required to be settled on or before the day of the workshop.
AEFC confirms that it has the right to refuse the workshop on arrival if payment will not be provided at the end of the day should this be the case, travel charges will still apply.
Should AEFC carry out a workshop even though payment is not forthcoming on the day, a surcharge of 10% of the full value will be added after 5 days if payment for the workshop has not been completed.
All bookings that are cancelled will be subject to a surcharge of £100 if AEFC cannot find a replacement booking prior to the given date. Any cancellations less than 10 days prior to the booking date shall be considered full payment of account if the day is not fulfilled.
No refunds are offered on WORKSHOPS PAID IN ADVANCE as they are considered an approved contract. REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED IN FULL IF, Mr Egypt cannot attend due to illness or any other reason beyond his control. AN ALTENATIVE DATE OR ONLINE WORKSHOP WILL BE OFFERED ON A DATE REARRANGED WITH AEFC AND THE CONTRACTED CLIENT.
Conditions.AEFC is fully insured and Fully enhanced DBS sole trader, we will try to accommodate you the client in all possible ways. Risk assessment are covered in the insurance, no tools which could injure or harm a child are used by AEFC.
ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE PAID FOR UNDER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PAYMENT BY DEPOSIT,AND BALANCE DUE ON THE DAY OF THE WORKSHOP, ANY PAYMENTS DUE AFTER THE WORKSHOP DAY HAS BEEN COMPLETED WILL BE SUBJECT TO A SURCHARGE FOR ADMINISTRATION OF 10% OF THE INVOICE VALUE EVERY 5 DAYS ON AN INCREASING SCALE.
